1 Large egg (room temperature)
2 tsp coconut flour
1 TBSP sweetener
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cake batter extract
1/2 tsp Strawberry extract (optional)
1 TBSP heavy cream
Mix all chaffle ingredients together and mix until well combined.
Cook for 3 to 5 minutes and set aside. Repeat for other half of batter
Once done, you can top your chaffle however you like.
The macros in this recipe are for the two chaffles since not everyone will top it the same way.
