1 Lb Ground Beef
1 Lb Bacon
1 Large Egg
¼ Cup Parmesan , grated
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
½ tsp Pepper
¼ tsp Pink Salt
In a large mixing bowl add in your ground beef and all ingredients except the bacon. Mix well until all seasonings and egg is mixed well into the ground beef.
Once all mixed together, use either your hand or a cookie or ice cream scoop to scoop ground beef mixture and with your hands form into a ball shape and set aside until all meatballs are done.
Take half a slice of bacon and wrap around each meatball and place down on tray for either the oven or the Air Fryer.
Make sure you set the side face down where the two ends of the bacon meats to help secure it down better while cooking.
We make these in the Air Fryer but you can also bake them in the oven.
Air Fryer Instructions:
325 Degrees for 20 minutes
Bake at 350 Degrees for about 30 minutes
