Head Lettuce (any lettuce you prefer), chopped
Chicken breasts, cubed
Red Onion, diced
Hard Boiled Egg, sliced
Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
Chop lettuce and rinse, set aside
Cut up chicken either sliced or cubed and season with your favorite seasoning and cook and set aside.
Cook Bacon and set aside
Now you are ready to assemble your salad
Cut up the rest of your salad ingredients. For the eggs you can simply get one of these egg slicers if you don't already have one and it will give you perfect sliced hard boiled eggs and goes perfect on this salad.
There is no wrong or right way to assemble your salad. This is your preference.
Add salt and pepper to taste
Top your delicious cobb salad with a low carb salad dressing or try this Red Wine Garlic Vinaigrette you can make very easily at home.
