Cut broccoli rinse and set aside.
Cook bacon, cut up and set aside
For the Dressing:
Mix Mayo, Apple Cider Vinegar, and Sweetener into bowl until well combined.
Add all other ingredients into the dressing mix: Broccoli, Bacon, Sunflower Seeds, Onion and Cheese.
Mix until broccoli is well covered in the dressing. Serve right away or store in the fridge.
