Strawberry Shortcake Chaffles (Keto-Friendly Treat!)

If you’ve got a sweet tooth but want to stay low carb, these Strawberry Cake Batter Chaffles are the perfect fix. Lightly sweet, fluffy, and packed with flavor, they taste like a cross between a waffle and a cupcake — and they’re totally keto-friendly.

They take just minutes to whip up, and you only need a few ingredients — plus a mini chaffle maker. If you don’t have one yet, I highly recommend this one that  I use as I like to batch make chaffles and this one works great for time.

What You’ll Need:

  • 1 large egg (room temp)

  • 2 tsp coconut flour

  • 1 tbsp sweetener of choice

  • ¼ tsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp cake batter extract

  • ½ tsp strawberry extract (optional, but adds flavor!)

  • 1 tbsp heavy cream

Mix the ingredients well, cook for 3–5 minutes in your mini chaffle maker, and repeat for the second chaffle. Top with whatever your heart desires — whipped cream, strawberries, or keto-friendly syrup all work great.

Macros Per Serving (1 Chaffle):

  • Calories: ~170

  • Fat: 17g

  • Protein: 8g

  • Total Carbs: 12g

Note: Macros are based on the chaffle alone without toppings.
