🥣 Creamy Chicken Alfredo with Pete’s Pasta (Keto & Low-Carb)

If you’ve been burned by weird-texture keto pasta before… same, friend.
But this right here? This one changes the game.

I’ve been making my creamy chicken Alfredo for years, but pairing it with Pete’s Pasta is the upgrade I didn’t know I needed. It’s low-carb, high-protein, and actually tastes like real pasta. No rubbery mess. No sad zoodles. Just creamy, cozy goodness in a bowl.

💜 Why I Love Pete’s Pasta:

  • It holds up like traditional noodles

  • Low in carbs, high in protein

  • Ready in just 2–3 minutes

  • Makes keto meals feel comforting again

🧀 What You’ll Need:

For the Chicken:

  • 2½ cups cooked chicken (about 12–15 oz)

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning

  • â…› tsp black pepper

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 tsp oil or butter for the pan

For the Sauce:

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning

  • ÂĽ tsp pepper

  • Salt to taste

Pasta:

Optional: Add steamed broccoli or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes on top!

👩‍🍳 How to Make It:

  1. Season + Sauté the chicken in a little oil or butter until golden and cooked through. Set aside.

  2. Make the Sauce: In the same pan, melt butter, pour in the heavy cream, and stir in seasonings. Let it bubble gently for 2–3 minutes.

  3. Add Parmesan and stir until melted and thickened.

  4. Cook Pete’s Pasta according to the bag — 2 to 3 minutes is all you need!

  5. Combine it all: Toss the chicken and pasta into the sauce. Stir until everything is coated and creamy.

  6. Plate it up and sprinkle with extra parmesan or herbs if you’re feelin’ fancy.

🙌 Final Tips:

  • This makes 2 generous servings — or 3 lighter ones if you’re adding broccoli.

  • Pete’s Pasta has the best texture when it’s not overcooked, so keep it al dente!
