🖤 NEW Keto Chow Blackberry Flavor — My Honest Thoughts

You know I don’t play when it comes to my Keto Chow lineup, so when I saw they dropped a new Blackberry flavor, I had to jump on it. And listen… this one is light, fruity, and just sweet enough without going overboard.

It’s giving smoothie vibes but still fills you up like a full-on breakfast. Perfect for those busy mornings when you want something quick, creamy, and satisfying.

🥤 How I Make It

I like to keep it simple but delicious:
– 1 packet of Blackberry Keto Chow
– Your choice of fat (butter, heavy cream etc) I use ¼ cup Heavy Cream
– Water

Shake it up, chill it, and that’s it. No blender needed, and it comes out smooth and silky.

I definitely like to toss iin some ice and blend it to make it  extra cold — but even just shaken, it’s got that velvety milkshake texture that Keto Chow is known for.

– Fruity? Yes — but not overpowering. It’s more of a soft blackberry cream, not candy-sweet.
– Sweetness? Balanced. Not too strong, not too bland.
– Perfect for? Morning fuel, especially when you’re short on time but still want to stay on track.

This one’s definitely staying in my rotation for summer — it’s cool, smooth, and gives me that little fruit fix without the sugar crash. Whether you’re new to Keto Chow or already a fan, this one’s worth trying at least once.
