But most of the time? It’s not keto. It’s you.
The little bites, the skipped tracking, the treats that “don’t count” — they all add up.
It’s not that the plan stopped working… it’s that we stopped following it consistently.
You Don’t Have a Keto Problem — You Have a Consistency Problem
Keto works when you work it.
When you show up with intention.
When you track honestly.
When you stop treating it like a temporary reset and start treating it like the lifestyle you said you wanted.

Check in with your consistency — not your carbs.
