It’s not that the plan stopped working… it’s that we stopped following it consistently.

You Don’t Have a Keto Problem — You Have a Consistency Problem

Keto works when you work it.
When you show up with intention.
When you track honestly.
When you stop treating it like a temporary reset and start treating it like the lifestyle you said you wanted.

Check in with your consistency — not your carbs.
Have you really been sticking to the plan… or have you just been loosely following it?
Be honest. Then recommit — fully.
