Creamy Keto Cilantro Lime Ranch Dressing

Some recipes are so good, they deserve to be on repeat — and this Cilantro Jalapeño Dressing is one of those. It’s creamy, herby, just the right amount of zesty, and so versatile you’ll want to drizzle it on everything.

Whether you’re making a taco salad, loading up a lettuce wrap, or just want to dip your grilled chicken into something flavorful — this keto-friendly dressing brings a bold, refreshing flavor to your plate without the carbs.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • ¾ cup sour cream

  • Juice from ½ lime

  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro

  • 1 jalapeño (remove seeds for mild, leave them in or add more for heat!)

  • 2 tsp dried parsley

  • 1 tsp dried dill

  • 1 tsp chives

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp pink salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • ⅓ cup almond milk (adjust for desired thickness)

Instructions:

  1. Add the mayo and sour cream to a blender.

  2. Add all remaining ingredients — starting with ¼ cup almond milk if you prefer it thick.

  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  4. Taste and adjust seasonings if needed.

Store it in the fridge in a jar — it keeps fresh for about 4–5 days and thickens slightly as it chills.
