Creamy Keto Pork Chops in Mushroom Sauce (High Protein & Low Carb)

What You’ll Need:

For the pork chops:

  • 6 boneless pork chops

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp each: thyme, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp pepper

For the mushroom sauce:

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • ¼ onion, chopped

  • 1 cup mushrooms, chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic (or 2 tsp minced)

  • 1 cup chicken broth

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 packet Keto Chow Cream of Mushroom

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

  • Salt + pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Pat pork chops dry and season with thyme, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the pork chops for 3–4 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove and set aside.

  3. In the same pan, add butter, then sauté the chopped onion and garlic for 2–3 minutes until softened.

  4. Add the mushrooms, chicken broth, heavy cream, and the packet of Keto Chow Cream of Mushroom. Stir and let simmer until thickened (about 4–5 minutes).

  5. Return the pork chops to the pan, spoon sauce over the top, and let everything simmer together for another 2–3 minutes.

  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
