High Protein Salmon Breakfast Burrito

This salmon breakfast burrito is next-level and keto-friendly. Whether you’re meal-prepping or just craving something bougie but lazy-girl approved, this one’s for you.

We’re talking seared salmon, melty cheese, fluffy eggs, and a little sassy kick of sriracha mayo all wrapped up in a low-carb tortilla. And the best part? It takes minutes.

Perfect for those mornings where you want to feel like a whole chef without dirtying your whole kitchen.

Ingredients:

  • 1 salmon fillet (about 4 oz)

  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika

  • 2 tbsp sautéed onions

  • 2 scrambled eggs

  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese 

  • 1 La Banderita zero net carb tortilla

  • Drizzle of sriracha mayo 

Instructions:

  1. Season & Sear your salmon with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Cook until both sides are  fully cooked through.

  2. Chop it up into bite-sized pieces.

  3. In the same pan, scramble your eggs with the sautéed onions.

  4. Toss the chopped salmon back in with the eggs, stir it all together.

  5. Assemble: Lay your tortilla flat, sprinkle on cheese, pile on your salmon-egg mix, drizzle that sriracha mayo.

  6. Fold it, toast it up for a crispy outside if you want.
