Ingredients:
1 salmon fillet (about 4 oz)
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika

2 scrambled eggs
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 La Banderita zero net carb tortilla
Drizzle of sriracha mayo
Instructions:
Season & Sear your salmon with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Cook until both sides are fully cooked through.
Chop it up into bite-sized pieces.
In the same pan, scramble your eggs with the sautéed onions.
Toss the chopped salmon back in with the eggs, stir it all together.
Assemble: Lay your tortilla flat, sprinkle on cheese, pile on your salmon-egg mix, drizzle that sriracha mayo.
Fold it, toast it up for a crispy outside if you want.
